With the medicine of breath, we move to awaken our kundalini energy and anchor ourselves back to the Presence of Love, Harmony and Grace. Kundalini energy is our life force, which is usually dormant sitting in the base of our spine. When it awakens, our consciousness will also elevate. Breathwork is a method of breath control, a mindful meditation that gives rise to altered states of consciousness and have positive effects on physical and mental well-being. Benefits of soul dancing with breathwork includes releasing both physical and emotional tensions, cultivating a positive mind, improving focus and much more.
No experience is required for this breathwork and dancing session, our experienced facilitator Jennifer in breathwork and Kaldora in soul dancing will guide you throughout the program.
